Our Job Readiness Training is an eight-week intensive designed specifically to address the skills and understanding necessary to gain, retain, and grow gainful employment opportunities for participants. Our emphasis on the cultivation of God-given talents and gifts honors the uniqueness of each of our participants while also teaching them how to leverage their skills to take full advantage of workforce culture and expectations in their work.
Participants gain access to a $75 per week utility assistance and meals for attending all classes offered. Targeted evening course offerings allow these individuals to continue in their current roles to ensure they can continue to make ends meet while moving towards their graduation.
